Symptom:
After pressing Alt+Z to bring up the NVIDIA App In-Game Overlay, all settings are missing.

Cause:
When the NVIDIA App is unable to access the Windows Video folder, the In-Game Overlay will fail to load. This is a known bug which will be addressed in a future NVIDIA App update.

Workaround:
If you moved the location for the Windows Video folder (eg. to an external network directory), change the location back to the Windows default directory.
