Starting with Release 270 drivers, NVIDIA Verde drivers for notebook PCs will only be available for Windows Vista and Windows 7. Notebooks running Windows XP are supported by the latest Release 266 WHQL-certified driver here: http://www.nvidia.com/object/notebook-winxp-266.58-whql-driver.html.
