This article is a guide to help GeForce NOW members set up their Meta Quest VR headset for the best streaming experience.
Regional Availability
Before you get started, make sure GeForce NOW memberships are available in your region. Note: we also require your latency to be less than 80ms from an NVIDIA data center, but we recommend less than 40ms. Please make sure you have run our in-app network test from the GeForce NOW app on your Windows PC, Mac, or mobile device to measure your latency. We do not recommend using Speedtest, or other internet speed test services, as they do not test your speed to our data centers.

What is the white dot in the middle of my screen / how do I disable "Gaze cursor"
The gaze mode cursor will be automatically enabled when there are no other input options available (when hand tracking is disabled and the Meta VR controllers are not connected/dead battery/out of range). It can also be manually enabled using the connected gamepad by pressing the START and SELECT buttons at the same time.
