If you are experiencing issues related to NVIDIA app and you are working with an NVIDIA Customer Care agent, an agent may request that you collect NVIDIA app logs from your PC. For general NVIDIA app feedback and suggestions, you may send feedback through the NVIDIA app client by clicking the [!] icon located in the upper right corner of the home page.

If an NVIDIA Customer Care agent requests additional logs, please follow the steps below:
1. Download the file "NvApp_LogCollector.bat" from the Attachments section at the bottom of this page.
2. Reproduce the NVIDIA app bug and then immediately double-click on the "NvApp_LogCollector.bat" file to start the log collection.
3. Once completed, a File Explorer window will open in the directory where the logs are saved.

4. Select all of the folders and then right-click to bring up the context menu. Select "Compress to ZIP file".

5. Upload the NVIDIA app logs compressed file to the support incident you are working with an NVIDIA Customer Care agent with. If you do not have an open incident and simply wish to submit an NVIDIA app bug with NVIDIA, please email the NVIDIA app logs compressed file to driverfeedback@nvidia.com along with:
- A brief description of the issue/bug
- Microsoft System Information file from your PC as described in the FAQ below:
