GeForce NOW displays ads while queuing for some membership types.
If GeForce NOW detects an ad blocker, you will not be able to play. If you are unsure which ad blocker is being detected, check the extensions installed and active in your browser. Either disable the ad blocker, or add “geforcenow.com” to the ad blocker’s allow list, which will allow GeForce NOW ads to load properly.
If you are stuck on a gray image on the ad loading screen and unable to proceed, it is possible that you have an extension blocking launch. To avoid this, try disabling or removing active extensions installed in your browser. Specifically, disable any extension that may be blocking audio/video autoplay.
