How can I tell what graphics card I have in my computer?

You can quickly see which graphics card is installed in your system in multiple ways.

Checking with DXDIAG

-Type "DXDIAG" into the search field in Windows, and check the Display tab

-Check the name of the device.

If you already have an NVIDIA driver installed, you can check in the NVIDIA Control Panel

-Select Help from the top navigation bar.

-Select System Information.

-The model of GPU will show in the Items section.
