Unable to get surround sound on my Vizio TV

This is a known issue we are actively working on.

For now, you can work around the issue by following these instructions

1. 1. Open Settings > Device preferences > Display & sound > Advanced Sound Settings > Available Formats

2. 2. Select manual mode

3. 3. Enable AC-3

4. 4. Disable EAC-3 and Atmos

You should now be able to hear surround sound from your Vizio TV
