To look up the Windows version and build number, follow the steps below:
1. On your keyboard, press the Windows key and the letter "R" at the same time. This will bring up the Run command window.
2. In the Open field, type "winver" and then press the OK button
3. This will bring up the About Windows screen as shown in the image below. In the example below, the OS is Windows 11, the version is 21H1 and the build is (OS Build 22000.348). If asked by an NVIDIA representative for the Windows version and build number, please provide this information in the following format:
Windows 11 version 21H1 (OS Build 22000.348)
