I have purchased Ubisoft Games on Epic Games Store but they are not showing up in “My Library” after linking my Ubisoft account. How do I fix this?

Ubisoft Account linking works on games purchased from Ubisoft Connect or the Epic Games Store if you have linked your Epic Games and Ubisoft Accounts.  Please read this knowledgebase article for more information on linking your Epic and Ubisoft accounts.

 

Ubisoft Account linking does not work with Ubisoft games purchased from Steam.
