I am trying to login to a digital store or game launcher and I cannot input the “@” symbol.  How do I fix that?


 

GeForce NOW includes our Highlights feature that allows you to use hotkeys to trigger various capture functions.  These hotkeys may conflict with special characters input on some international keyboards.  

 

For instance, users of the French for France keyboard layout will see the Instant Replay feature activated when they attempt to input the “@” character when pressing the ALT+”0” key combination on some Windows and macOS keyboards.  This may interfere with your ability to enter your username and password for some stores and game launcher logins.

 

You can work around it by taking the following steps:

1 - While in a game session, bring up the GFN in-game overlay by pressing Shift+Alt+“Z” on Windows or Shift+Command+”Z” on Mac

2 - Click on the Settings (gear icon) at the top of the overlay

 3 - Select the Shortcut controls menu

 4 - Change the key combination of the hotkey that is interfering with your input of special characters.
