1. Start by going into the Settings menu by clicking on the Settings icon from the top right hand corner of the Android TV home screen:
2. Scroll down and select Device Preferences
3. Select About
4. Choose Send feedback to NVIDIA
5. In the Comments section, include a description of your issue. If you were referred to this FAQ by an NVIDIA Customer Care agent, please include your support incident number in the Comments section.
6. If you are ok with NVIDIA developers reaching out to your via email if we should have any further questions, please make sure to check the box labeled "Yes, Nvidia may contact me". This box is used only to gather more information from the customer and is not used for promotional material nor is the information sold to any third parties.
7. Click on SEND to submit the feedback.
