Yes. Although Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty does not provide native support for Antialiasing within the game settings, you may force Antialiasing through the NVIDIA display drivers. To access the NVIDIA Control Panel and enable Antialiasing, right-click over the Microsoft Windows desktop and select "NVIDIA Control Panel" from the pop up context menu. This will bring up the NVIDIA Control Panel. Select Manage 3D Settings.
To force Antialiasing, select the setting "Antialiasing - Mode" and change the default value to "Override any application setting". Next, choose the amount of Antialiasing from the "Antialiasing - Setting" beneath the "Antialiasing - Mode" option. To save these changes, left-click on the Apply button on the bottom right-hand corner of the NVIDIA Control Panel. Now load Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty to see how much better the game will appear.
*Note* The instructions above only applies to Microsoft Windows. Mac OSX display control panel interface is developed by Apple Inc.. Mac OSX does not provide a method to force Antialiasing in applications which do already include native antialiasing support within the application itself.
