Does NVIDIA support TV out from the VGA / DB15 connector?

Does NVIDIA support TV out from the VGA / DB15 connector? I want to use a VGA to  S-video cable adapter.
NVIDIA does not support TV out via VGA. TV out is limited to NVIDIA based graphics cards with native S-video or composite connectors.
