Antialiasing reduces the prominence of jaggies by surrounding the stairsteps with intermediate shades of color. Antialiasing can be set to improved image quality.
NVIDIA Enhanced Antialiasing provides higher quality and usually greater reliability for games or applications with built in antialiasing support. You must set any antialiasing level within the game or application for this mode to work.
How to enable Enhanced Antialiasing on GeForce 8 Series:
Step 1. Open the NVIDIA Control Panel by right-clicking on the desktop and selecting 'NVIDIA Control Panel'
Step 2. Select '3D Settings'
Step 3. Select 'Manage 3D Settings'
Step 4. Click on 'Antialiasing settings' and select your desired mode.
Step 5. Click "Apply". Enhanced Antialiasing is now ready for use. Remember to set the antialiasing level within your game or application.
