Could not load OpenGL subsystem.

When you try to play a game and you get a specific message 'could not load OpenGL subsystem' then you need to open your win.ini file. In this file locate a following line with DVA=0. Comment this out by placing a semicolon in front of it (i.e. ; DVA=0).
