Submitting feedback through Geforce Experience, GeForce Now or SHIELD.

NVIDIA's GeForce Experience, GeForce Now and SHIELD devices come with built in feedback tools to help NVIDIA troubleshoot customer issues.  When you come across an issue that needs addressing, send your feedback to NVIDIA by following the steps below:

Please note: If your privacy settings are not configured to allow submisssion of feedback and diagnostic logs, we will not receive your feedback.  You will need to enable "TECHNICAL DATA SETTINGS" from your privacy settings.  You may change your privacy settings by clicking here and checking the box as shown below.  Make sure your NVIDIA account matches the email address used to log into the NVIDIA GeForce Experience app, NVIDIA GeForce Now app or NVIDIA SHIELD device.  For more information on NVIDIA's privacy policy, please click here:

NVIDIA GeForce Experience

On your PC, open the NVIDIA GeForce Experience app ->  reproduce the issue on your PC -> go back to the NVIDIA GeForce Experience app and click on the SEND FEEDBACK link on the bottom right hand corner of the window -> fill out the form and include as much information as you can in the description (steps to reproduce issue, monitor make and model for display issues, app/games that shows issue, etc.) to help us reproduce the problem.  Once the form is completed, submit the feedback. 

NVIDIA GeForce Now

On your PC or Mac, open the NVIDIA GeForce Now client -> reproduce the issue ->  go back to the NVIDIA GeForce Now client -> click on the SEND FEEDBACK link on the bottom right hand corner of the window -> fill out the form and include a brief description of the issue.  Once you complete the form, submit the feedback.

NVIDIA SHIELD

Start by reproducing the issue on your SHIELD device -> once you've reproduced the bug, go back to the home screen -> go to Settings -> go to About or About Tablet -> select Send Feedback to NVIDIA.  Fill out the form and include a description of the problem.  Certain bugs may be specific to the users configuration so make sure to include any additional information which may be usedful (TV/receiver make and model, router make and model, connected accessories, etc).
