GRID license not acquired in time for first user logon, or I log in and screen resolution is not correct until I re-connect

Please try the regkey below to resolve the problem.  If you are a Service Provider,  don't use this regkey.

Create a registry key named "IgnoreSP"

Registry details:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\GridLicensing]

"IgnoreSP"=dword:00000001
