· Checking XenApp configuration

· Using the device manager to check adapters are chosen correctly

· Using DXDiag (DirectX Diagnostics tool) to check DX functionality (what to expect for DirectDraw, AGP Texture and Direct3D acceleration)

· nView Desktop Manager (why NVIDIA Control panel not available by design)

· Checking XenDesktop

· When to expect certain settings to be unavailable and greyed out
