Resolving black screen errors on vGPU using Horizon

This issue may occur with high-­‐‑resolution displays or multi-­‐‑ monitor configurations.


Use the following procedure to correct this issue:


1. Open vCenter.
2. Select the Settings tab for the virtual machine.
3. Select the video card.
4. Select Specify custom settings.
5. Adjust the video memory value higher (such as 32 MB, 64 MB, or 128 MB), as
needed; see the Video Memory Calculator for recommended settings.
