Why does my free game code show as already redeemed or invalid?

If you are having problems attempting to redeem a promotion code for any of the promotions on Please make sure to do the following when trying to redeem a code:

-Make sure to enter the code in all CAPS with the Dash's/Hyphens included.
-If you are copying and pasting, make sure there are no spaces before or after the code.
-All codes are 6 sets of 4 characters (All Letters) i.e.: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
-Select the correct region where you live, codes are region based

 Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.  You may be required to enter your digital gaming library client log in (eg. GOG, Steam, Uplay) to activate your game.  If you have not created an account you will be able to do so from the redemption page.  Once you have redeemed and activated your game code, your game should appear in the gaming library of the client.  If you have not done so, you can download the client from one of the URLs below depending on the game title:

Uplay -

Once downloaded and installed, log in to see your game.  From there you may download the game to your PC.
