· Check Operator Console to see if there are Free seats.
· Make sure you have the correct configuration setting in the client:
o IP address should be the Public IP of the BaseProOSL VM
o Need to specify port 443
· Confirm the client version matches the software that is on the Zone you are connecting to. You can download the client from:
· Check client log for client for informative error messages (e.g. stale GridProClient.exe left running)
