No, the NVIDIA driver overscan compenstation feature does not work in 3D mode. However, many of the new 3D TVs have a built in option to fix the display size and allow the desktop to be seen. As an example, here are instructions for enabling this feature on a Panasonic 3D TV:

1. Click the menu button on your Panasonic Remote

2. Go to the Picture options (usually the first option) and press enter

3. Press the down arrows on your remote to browse to the Aspect adjustments option

4. Change the option HD size to adjust the overscan and see more of your Windows desktop
