Do the apple Macbook Pro models launched early 2010 support NVIDIA's Optimus technology?
No.  The Apple Macbook Pro models released in early 2010 uses Apple's own switchable graphics technology.  When running Microsoft Windows through Apple's Bootcamp, Apple's switchable graphics technology is not used and therefore the notebook uses the NVIDIA discrete GPU at all times.
