What is the difference between Quad Buffered  professional 3D Stereo for Quadro and NVIDIA consumer 3D Stereo driver for GeForce?

In OpenGL, active stereo is explicitly supported through quad buffered stereo as part of the OpenGL API. Quad buffered stereo has the added advantage of enabling stereo-in-a-window while Direct3D APIs do not explicitly support quad buffered stereo.

The GeForce driver is specially tuned to deliver active stereo for Direct 3D-based full screen games and 3D movies using the NVIDIA Stereoscopic 3D Movie player software.
