The software installation portion of the DualTV tuner installs the PureVideo Bronze decoder from the DualTV software CD.  The Bronze version supports Dolby Stereo output.  If you have an existing copy of the PureVideo Gold or Platinum decoder, you should NOT install the Bronze version.

If you have overwritten your multichannel Gold or Platinum version with the stereo Bronze version, please follow these steps to recover:

1)  Visit www.nvidia.com and download the latest Platinum trial version http://www.nvidia.com/object/dvd_decoder_1.02-223-trial.html

2) Use the activation key that you received with your Gold or Platinum version purchase to unlock the trial version.
